Welcoming Winter: Sacred Cacao Ceremony & Sound Healing

We are delighted to welcome back Johanna for another Sacred Cacao Ceremoy & Sound Healing Event, just in time to help us open our hearts to the winter/holiday season.

This is a time of year that is filled with every range of emotion possible in our human hearts, as winter arrives and ushers in another busy holiday season.  Winter is a time for deep rest, healing, nourishment and renewal and we can't think of a better way to rest and heal then with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony & Sound Healing session.

This plant medicine is filled with several potent healing properties that will aid in opening the heart as we go deeply into meditation. Cacao is gentle & expansive, carrying a love-filled energy.

We will begin with gentle movements and breath work to prepare the body and mind to receive.  Johanna will prepare for us ceremonial grade cacao, harvested from the indigenous regions from which it grows, she will connect us to the roots of Mother Cacao and its history and prepare it into a wamr beverage for us to enjoy, receiving its heart opening support.  We will then recline and rest and allow the healing sounds of the alchemy crystal singing bowls and Himalayan metal singing bowls, chimes and more to bring deep restoration to our bodies on a cellular level.
