REST IS YOUR BIRTHRIGHT

In a world that demands so much of you, it is essential to have spaces to rest, pause, breathe and restore.  To celebrate your body, reclaim your joy and energy and find the healing and ease that is your birthright.

Our studio is dedicated to prioritizing your rest and well-being by providing a complimentary monthly restorative yoga class for Black, Indigenous and People of Color.

Affinity spaces are crucial in the yoga industry so that you can connect, heal, move and just be.  These embodied spaces nurture your lived experience and ensure you can fully embrace the restorative power of yoga so you may return to balance and wholeness.

First Sunday of each month 6:00pm - 7:15pm

Meditating in Backyard

Our studio is committed to uplift, support and acknowledge the lived experience of People of Color.  We see the necessity, especially in the yoga industry, for their healing to be prioritized. We share in the belief that Folks of Color need their own spaces without the presence of white people. They need to be able to gather and enjoy yoga free from the stereotypes, microaggressions and marginalization that exists in every other societal space they enter. They need spaces for healing to be their authentic self without white people's judgment and insecurity.

They need REST!

When they can REST in a space with those who share their lived experience, profound healing can occur, joy can be renewed and People of Color can reclaim the parts of themselves that have been repressed to make others comfortable.

It allows for a return to wholeness.
